Assessment and Investigation
RJ Mediation Services starts from the same place for all services - with you. Before any course of action is taken or presumed, first an assessment - which can involve a deeper investigation - occurs. From there, a foundation of your particular needs is reviewed and next steps are recommended.

Corporate Mediation Services
Mediation Services is a voluntary process entered into willingly by all participants in order to find a mutually beneficial resolution. We work with businesses, community organizations, volunteer groups, schools and large organizations interested in doing business differently.

Conflict Coaching
Conflict Coaching is the foundation on which Mediation is built. It is here that we start the process of rebuilding in conflict. Where tension is high, Conflict Coaching provides all parties the opportunity to engage with the area of conflict differently. Where rest is needed, a break is taken. If exacerbating factors are at play - disciplinary, mental health, social, financial - it may be best to address these first alongside or outside the mediation process. Addressing these factors can play a significant role in resolving long standing conflict.
Conflict coaching involves a one‐on‐one consultation to assess communication skills and conflict management strategies either in response to a specific conflict, or as a proactive measure to strengthen conflict resolution skills.
